Wood burning fireplace with realistic gas wood look logs and embers that glow. No one will know it's gas from the look of it. Plenty of flowers to bloom in the spring and though out the summer. Most are perennials with little maintenance. You can garden as you wish here but must weed and maintain what you plant. Not a gardener? No problem, the landscapers will mow it down at your request. Wonderful very involved Association President and board keep the area up to date and maintained. Our home was painted 2 years ago and a new roof about 3 years ago by the association.
