This is a two story home and has one bedroom and a bathroom with laundry on the main floor. And is wheelchair accessible throughout the main floor. The living room is a good size along with the dining area which is off the kitchen. The Kitchen is open and bright and has lots of counter and cupboard space. There are two spacious bedrooms upstairs along with a full bath. This house has a room above the garage for a home office or a studio with laminate flooring and a newer window. In 2014; the main floor bathroom was completely remodeled with a zero entry shower for wheelchair accessibility. Windows were replaced with Champion windows in two of the bedrooms and in the kitchen. Also a Champion front door was installed. Security doors with screens were installed on both front and back entry. Central air-conditioning was added and installed along with the furnace in 2014. Access door to crawl space was replaced and crawl space was insulated. In 2017 Sump pump was replaced and has proper underground drainage out to the street. Landscaping retaining walls were replaced on both the north and south side of house. In 2018 this single car garage was reconstructed with new piers, posts and walls, and the driveway and garage slab were replaced.
