Pierce Company, an established bicycle manufacturer who would later manufacturer the Pierce Arrow automobiles. The façade was designed in the Beaux Arts style utilizing detailed white terra cotta. In 1930, the interior of the building underwent significant renovations by Mendleson Furniture Company. They even built a life sized house within the building to display their furniture. The last occupant of the building was the Sid Birzon jewelry company until the early 2000's. The building has been vacant ever since and we are pleased to bring the building back to prominence as the JR Barrington Building!
