Amazing make-over on this one here...so much has been updated and replaced. All of the flooring has been upgraded, total paint inside & out, the kitchen was tore out to make room for the whole new renovation. These are not your typical "builder grade" cabinets; these are custom solid wood/ply cabinets built from scratch right here in San Antonio,Tx. They didnt get shipped in a box from overseas. The appliances were all replaced: new stove, microwave, garbage disposal, even the water heater. The HVAC system was replaced with a new AC unit outside and heater/coil inside. Granite on all the counter tops, new fixtures & fans, cool updated LED lights were added throughout the kitchen, livingroom, family room, and master bedroom. These lights really give the house a custom, modern feel. New garage door opener with the "MyQ" feature so it can connect to your phone to be opened or closed. THe list goes on and on....the roof was replaced (another very expensive update), the baseboards, different trim work, etc...***Good STORAGE--The master closet is big, the kitchen pantry is big, the 2ndary bedrooms even have walk in closets. There are 2 nice size closets in the back hallway as well. You will like all the closets in this house. **I am not finding alot of homes in this low price range that look like this**
