There are French doors that open to the balcony in the bedrooms upstairs. As well as an added hallway nook before the bedrooms upstairs with built in cabinetry for extra storage & granite countertops.
The owner's suite has a fireplace, as well as the family room & living room. All bedrooms have upgraded recessed lighting along with ceiling light-fans (there are 2 in the master). Carpet was newly installed on the stairs in 2011. Crown molding across the entire downstairs added in 2011.
