Totally remodeled interior townhone in the heart of the desirable Milbrook community (County side).
August 2019 – HVAC and thermostat was replaced
Updated smoke and CO2 alarms were installed near the HVAC and by each bedroom
October 2018 sump pump was replaced
January 2019 refrigerator was replaced
September 2020 garbage disposal was replaced
2021 gas oven was replaced.
November 2021 all the water valves in the bathrooms, and kitchen were replaced with upgraded copper piping by BG&E. All faucets in the house replaced.
All vanities in the house were replaced.
October 2021: Floors sanded and refinished. Basement (finished area) and kitchen floor received new LVT flooring.
December 2021 new light fixtures in the dining room, living room, kitchen (LED), bathroom (LED) and bedroom were installed.
January 2022 kitchen cabinets replaced; new above range microwave installed
Most of the electric receptacles in the house were replaced with up to date new square receptacles.
In the kitchen and the bathroom there are GFCI receptacles.
