The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, utensils, plates, and more — everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. The space includes a large dining table, a kitchen bar area, and a cozy breakfast nook. All linens and towels are provided for your stay, except hot tub towels.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. The guest house does not offer direct lake access from the property itself, but public lake access is available nearby. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest.
