Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine and possible eviction for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Evidence of breaking house rules can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so please be mindful.
