Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so please be mindful of noise levels. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled time.
