LOCATION
The complex is located 20 minutes from either major airport in Phoenix in the Ocotillo area of Chandler. It is only 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 5 minutes from the Chandler Fashion Center which boasts some of the best shopping and dining options in the Valley. Premium Outlets is only 10 minutes away by car. The condo is very central to everything you wish to do and see in Phoenix. In addition, the neighborhood is home to many parks, man-made lakes, and walking/riding paths.
