Most everything in town is within a mile, so not too far to walk, the city does allow golf carts, side by sides, etc. to be driven on the streets. $10 annual fee, proof of insurance is all that is required. Register at the local city clerk office. Priced for one tenant, all bills paid!!!! Price may vary depending on lease term!
