Great value home!!! 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 car garage under, on a nice side street in Gardner. A very nice and well maintained home. You could move right in and enjoy. The seller will even leave the furniture. Or, tear up the carpets and expose hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms. Replace the flooring in the kitchen, hall and bath. Repaint the interior and maybe an updated bath and this is home. The expensive updates are complete, including that the furnace, kitchen, electric, insulation are not the original. There isn't much out there in this price range.....you can live here cheaper than renting some apartments. The lot is very nice, with a patio for relaxing on and a level back yard for playing in. There's a playground one street over, as well. All this and an easy commuter location too. All in all, I'd say that this is one of the best values I've seen lately, without needing major work.
