The guest room is only a few footsteps from a full bathroom. The master/primary bedroom has an attached bathroom. A walk in shower, with a sunken tub for enjoying the bubbles! The walk-in closet is certainly large enough to provide room for personal belongings. Both bathrooms have granite countertops. There is no carpet in the house, which is perfect for accent area rugs to match your furniture. The garage and pool surfaces are epoxy finished for easy clean-up.
The house has mature landscaping, with security lighting around the entire outside. This home provides a covered front porch, where you can put rocking chairs out there and rock away to your delight!
