This is a very nice Cape Cod style home with a wrap around deck, 2 large pole barns and 10 acres that backs up to Hickory Ridge GC. The home has been remodeled and the kitchen is gorgeous with Hickory cabinets, Hickory hardwood flooring and granite countertops. The living room is a very nice size and the bedroom on the main floor is 10x18. There is a main bath here and a nice sized dining area, too. Upsatirs is all master suite that is very large and has a very cool master bath. It has a soaking tub and free standing shower and double sink areas. The home is vinyl sided for low maintenance, all replacement windows and freshly painted and mostly all nail holes filled in. There is a full basement consisting of 2 rooms. One was a finished area, the other is the laundry and utility area. The whole basement is unfinished, but the nice thing is it has 9ft ceilings and could be finished to add more living space. The home has 2 furnaces and cooling systems. One is for the upper level and the one in the basement is for the basement and main level. Outside is the pole barns. One is quite old and is 30x32 with 12 foot sidewalls and one 10ft sliding door. It's in OK condition. The other is fairly new and is 40x40 with 16ft sidewalls! There are two 14ft overhead doors and one 10ft overhead. Both barns have concrete floors. the newer one has electric and has a rough water line plumbed to it, (but no running water). The older barn is wired and has a new electric line run to it, but not hooked up to a power source. The 10 acres is fairly flat, about half wooded and sets higher up on a hill. This is a really nice 10 acres and literally backs up to the golf course. The sale includes all appliances and a home warranty, too. Great location, great property and a great price!
