Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. Pool heat must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incurs an additional fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
