The open-concept layout combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating an airy, welcoming environment for socializing and relaxing. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with quality dishes, utensils, and appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, and full-size cookware. Both bedrooms are designed with comfort and functionality, featuring bunk beds with two queen-sized beds in the guest bedroom and a queen bed in the master bedroom. Additional sleeping options include a queen-sized pull-out couch, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway for easy access.
This condo includes a single carport located behind the building in the alley, perfect for a wide range of vehicles. For oversized vehicles, free overnight parking is available ¼ mile away, and a detailed parking map of the area will be provided prior to your arrival. Premium entertainment options with streaming services are included.
Mission Beach is the ultimate destination for excitement and relaxation among San Diego’s beach communities. This lively area is home to the historic Belmont Park, offering thrilling attractions like the Giant Dipper wooden rollercoaster, mini-golf, a zip line, and more. The scenic boardwalk is alive with energy and activity year-round, with locals and visitors biking, skateboarding, and surfing. From the condo, you’re just a short walk to a variety of restaurants, unique shops, and the beautiful beach. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for exploring the greater San Diego area.
You will be able to access the whole condo on the bottom floor. The 3rd floor rooftop is a private residence and is occupied by one of the owners. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Any signs of smoking on the property, including outdoor areas, will result in a minimum $250 fine. Noise compliance is taken very seriously, with any formal noise complaint incurring a fine of $300 to $1,000. Self check-in is available anytime after 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable due to cleaning schedules, but you’ll be notified on the day of your arrival if the unit is ready before 3 PM.
