Great close in property that has a creek, some trees, a few fruit trees, a driveway and bridge. Great views from the top of the hill. Cabin is not livable and of no value. Used to get water from a spring (I was unable to locate water right). The majority of this parcel was logged and replanted last winter. New trees look good. Property appears to meet the template test. Seller has made application to confirm. Please do not try to drive to the top of the hill it is very muddy and steep.
