If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.

Chittenden) Locks, and The Museum of Flight. Distance times are calculated if traveling by car. If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking. If you would like to avoid driving during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home, including car rental, bus, Light Rail, taxis, Uber, and Lyft. If you are flying in/out of Seattle, the best way would be at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
The upper unit of the house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throw a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. Pets are not allowed at the property. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to quiet hours (no loud music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts.
