The property offers 2 spaces for cars to park in the carport, and free street parking is available. However, be mindful of street sweeping days to avoid towing at the owner's expense.

Early check-in and late check-out are not available due to cleaning schedules. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced, with no more than 8 guests allowed per unit at any given time.
