Once your booking is confirmed, an automatic reservation confirmation will be sent to you. Five days before your arrival, detailed check-in instructions will be provided, including a link to the Guest Portal, a link to the Property Guide, GPS directions to the property, and parking information. One day before check-in, you’ll receive your personalized smart lock door code. No smoking is allowed, with a $500 penalty fee for violations. No events or parties are permitted. Suitable for children aged 2-12 years. Maximum overnight occupancy is two. Reduced noise and activity are required after 9 pm to 9 am. Early check-in and late check-out will incur a $50 charge per hour unless otherwise granted in writing. Exceeding occupancy will incur a $50 charge per person, per night.
