The condo is steps away from the lake and 15-20 minutes from downtown Chicago via Lakeshore Drive. There is a park and tennis court and the end of the block and public transportation (bus in front of the building and the metra a few blocks away). There is parking but it's on a waiting list and we don't know how long it will take for a spot to become available. The unit was freshly painted and some updates were done in the last month so nothing to do but to move right in! A mandatory meeting is required with the board prior to closing on the unit. A special assessment is in the works but the seller will credit or pay at closing.
