Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
