This is a beautiful home with two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. It is a split floorplan so each bedroom has privacy. There are a washer and dryer inside the home. The large kitchen has room for a table and chairs and the kitchen opens to the living room where there is an electric fireplace.

The park has a community center and HEATED SWIMMING POOL and is MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY.

The people in this park are very friendly and there are many planned social events at the clubhouse for you to enjoy if you want to join in. You pay for electric and cable, tv and phone.

You are within minutes of lots of great stores including the new Village at Mitchell Ranch mall with over 50 stores including Sprouts, ULTA, restaurants, and Michael's. The Tampa airport is about 35 minutes away. Beaches are about 20 minutes away.
