The driveway and car port have a brick surface throughout. The driveway also has gates entering the covered carport leading to the back yard area. This upgraded home is close to El Paseo, the Palm Desert schools, COD College, the Civic Center Park, and nearby shopping, restaurants and much more. The roof was replaced with concrete tile. All wood and beam ceilings were installed. Most of the rebuild was done in 2002 to 2005.
