Me, I'm a private landlord who self-manages this place and just has a love of South Shore, so I'm seeking tenants who are self-responsible and will take pride in keeping the unit well-maintained and interact with neighbors respectfully.

Qualifications: 3x income-to-rent ratio; home visit of current place of residence (yup!); send me sample text message requesting anything; landlord, job and income verification. Tenant pays $79 for income/background check with independent 3rd-party agency that the landlord uses. Pays full rent on time. Respectful of neighbors. No throwing of trash on property. Credit check required, minimum 650 score. Only people on the lease can live in this apartment. Landlord conducts quarterly walk-throughs of unit.

Lease will include terms for rotating care of cleaning of stairway and rotating snow removal (using shovel not just excessive amounts of salt) from short front sidewalk and front stairs. To be divided with other tenants.
