This is a great historic home (circa 1913) with great amenities (pool, huge yard, 3bd 2 bath) in a terrific location! It is a wonderful mix of historic and new with an open kitchen/dining/living, but still retains vintage features of wood floors, original built-ins, a stone fireplace, coffered ceiling and incredible windows. The new kitchen has white subway tile, new shaker style cabinets, marble counters, new stainless appliances, gas range, farm sink, breakfast bar, and pantry. The current owners did significant work to the foundation when they bought it, so make sure you see the basement (outdoor access). They also did amazing research (check out the vintage photos with the original front door placement) and the reason they planted the roses along the front. Great history!
