Welcome to the lovely and quiet community of Brompton Court Townhomes. This small community is ideally located just a 5 minute drive from the Texas Medical Center, Rice University, Rice Village shopping and NRG Stadium. Zoned to highly acclaimed schools and just a 2 minute walk to the newly redone Braeswood Bayou Hike/Bike trail. This home was fully remodeled to the studs between Dec 2016 and March 2017. The home did flood in August 2017 during Hurricane Harvey with the current owner. 1st floor was fully gutted and remodeled again after the flood. BCTH community has spent $80,000 plus since 2017 on drainage repairs within the community. The City of Houston has also completed work widening the bayou and is currently widening areas under the bridges to help prevent future flooding.
