Feel at home in this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house in a fantastic neighborhood, just 15 minutes from Fort Moore and downtown.
Once inside, you will find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room has two sofas (one is a queen sofa bed!) and a large SmartTV. The kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware, and there are two dining tables for meal times. Upstairs are all three bedrooms, open sleeping space, and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. There is an additional sleeping space tucked away in an open nook upstairs, which has a double bed with a twin trundle underneath. Out back, enjoy a dip in the private pool and a grill is available for use!
Pets are welcome with a fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request.
This is a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Most all families are current or retired military families. The neighborhood is actually at the top of a ridge that overlooks part of the Fort Moore Training Area, so close you can hear soldiers calling cadence in the morning. You will need to be able to drive or get an Uber or Cab because there is no public transportation in this neighborhood.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury or death.
