The pool can be heated for $100 per night. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars, with 2 in the driveway and 2 on the street. Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included, provided they are crate trained and cleaned up after.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am to respect the neighbors. Guests have access to the entire house via keypad entry, except for the locked owner’s closet. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
