The apartment is supplied with well-appointed amounts of linens and towels, and additional items can be delivered upon request. The fitness center is temporarily out of order. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with the risk of a fine. Late check-outs will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
