Welcome to The Estates at Glen Harbour, one of the few gated communities in the area. Wonderful neighbors and community dock add to the value of this wonderful home! I am partial because I am the listing Agent and, along with my husband, the owner. We bought this home in 2020 and have completely changed most everything but the footprint! The main floor has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office with a closet that could be a 4th bedroom. Open Concept with a lovely dining room with judge's panels, spacious Livingroom with a beautiful corner FP and expansive windows to catch those amazing sunrise and sunset views. The kitchen has an amazing number of cabinets and storage, there is a dropped bar for seating and a very spacious breakfast area. The lake views from all most every window in the home are just beautiful. The Master has a trey ceiling, His and Her's closets, a full bath and linen closet. There is a half bath and laundry in the hall just off the master. Downstairs is nearly 900 sq ft of finished space (with 12' smooth ceilings) that could be an in-law suite or an amazing2nd Master. We used it as a mixed entertaining area. There is an 8x10 walk-in closet, a full bath with a walk-in linen closet. The left wall has wiring, and plumbing installed behind for a future kitchen. The basement has a 3rd garage 15x32 that offers storage for a boat and trailer. The rest of the full basement has been studded for an additional bedroom, closet and sitting area plus storage. Outside, we redid the upper deck and added iron railing. We installed all dry ceilings under the entire upper deck to allow a screened porch, then we also added a 16' wrap around patio with retaining wall and level entrance to the basement garage. We have removed many trees and have replanted the entire lot with native plants, installed a swing area for the grands and most recently; added a wonderful, covered dock with a swimming bench and walk down ladder. In December 2022, the garage floor was improved with Epoxy coverage and the downstairs patio floor was painted with a concrete design. The patio was just resurfaced as well and comes with 5 year transferable warranty. The virtual tour has extra photos and some beautiful lake shots. Please come and tour, you might not want to leave!
