The master bedroom features a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom, while the second level offers a queen bed and a second full bathroom. Descending the spiral staircase leads to a second living area with a futon, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a dining room. The ground floor has a bedroom with a twin bed, a second bedroom with a twin and a full bed, and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Guests have access to a private driveway for parking, and the home is not shared with any other guests or residents. Main access to the home is on the second level using the digital keypad, with a backup lockbox on the ground level. The code for the keypad will be provided upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
