Although the studio is located at the back of the home, it has no access to the areas designated for your use, nor does it have access to the interior of the villa. We offer self-check-in via smart locks for flexibility and ease. While we don’t live on the property, we’re always available by phone or message should you need anything, from help during your stay to local recommendations. Your privacy is respected, but support is just a quick message away. The thermostat is locked from 70-75 degrees in order to protect the HVAC system. The system will be set to 72 degrees as a standard. Do not turn off the HVAC at any time.
