Please do not turn off the HVAC at any time. The backyard is a shared space, ideal for relaxing or soaking up some sun, and is undergoing an exciting transformation later this year to offer even more outdoor enjoyment. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, although there is an abandoned building across the street awaiting redevelopment, a sign of the area's growth and change.
