Guests can enjoy a $35 daily credit towards beach gear rentals, including bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, and beach carts. Additional services available include beach chair and umbrella rentals, bicycle and kayak rentals, grocery delivery, and babysitting arrangements. For a fee, guests can access DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options.
Situated in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this villa offers access to miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. The community is conveniently located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, making it an ideal spot for exploring nearby attractions.
This property adheres to a strict no pets and no smoking policy on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is two cars and one golf cart, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Restricted vehicles include RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts. Summer check-in day is Saturday.
