3. Credit score of at least 640. Lower considered based on circumstances/entire profile.
4. No outstanding landlord collections.
5. No serious criminal background.
6. All occupants over 18 must apply/qualify and be named on the lease.
7. Rent subsidies are considered part of your income. All other qualification criteria apply.
8. Pets are sometimes on a case-by-case basis. Have a pet? Just ask.
