No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony, with a $250 charge for odor removal. Check-in is after 4pm, and checkout is at 10am, with additional charges for late checkout. No additional guests are permitted beyond the number booked, and no student groups or guests under 25 are allowed. Pets must be house trained, leashed in common areas, and not permitted on furniture. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking is not allowed, with towing fees applicable for violations. Air conditioning should not be set below 70 degrees to avoid repair charges.
