Parties are not allowed, and if one occurs, you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund. An extra cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or damage. Guests must be 30 years or older to book this property. Parking is limited to 3 cars in the driveway, and no street parking is allowed. An exterior camera is installed to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver.
