The property welcomes you with a self-check-in keypad system offering entry at your convenience. Smoking inside the house is not permitted and any unregistered guests incur a fee of $50 per person per night. There is a $40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am to help preserve the serenity of the woods for neighbors and fellow guests. Fires can be started at 5 pm and must not be burning by 6 am the following morning, as local authorities are issuing tickets. When using a fire pit, do not leave it unattended, use the fire screen, and ensure the fire is extinguished before turning in for the night. Outside of quiet hours, refrain from yelling or playing loud music outdoors. Keep doors and unscreened windows closed as much as possible to prevent bugs from entering. Leave the place as you found it and place bagged trash in the black garbage can in the garage. If garbage is not bagged, a $40 bagging fee will be applied. Pets should be kept on a leash outside and beware of wildlife such as rattlesnakes. Clean up any pet waste in the yard. For the hot tub, shower with soap before entering, do not bring glass, food, or pets into the area, and turn off the jets and return the cover after use. If the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to guest negligence, a $200 cleaning fee will be added to the reservation. Garage space is not part of the rental.
