The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including barbecue utensils for grilling on the outdoor barbecue. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the balcony and fire pit area. The backyard is perfect for both relaxation and fun, with a large deck with outdoor couches, a corn hole game, and a wood-burning fire pit.
One dog is welcome (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. A Pack 'n Play with crib sheets is provided, and there’s ample space to set it up in either of the downstairs bedrooms or the master bedroom upstairs. Kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, toys, games, and puzzles are also available.
Located in the Six Forks North neighborhood, this home is in a serene and family-friendly area in North Raleigh. You will love the convenience of being close to major shopping, dining, and outdoor activities while enjoying the quiet and privacy of a suburban setting. It's a great spot for professionals, with easy access to downtown Raleigh and the Research Triangle Park (RTP) for commuting. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) from your pet is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. The property is fully fenced; however, the fence is weathered, and there may be some small gaps in the fence smaller dogs could get through. There is a dog that lives in the home over the back fence. There is a “baby safety gate” on the deck that you can pull across and will give your kids and animals a sense of being outside without having the entire yard to run in. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
A functional workspace with a desk is available, making it ideal for remote workers. [SI]
