Step into an open living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of exploring Raleigh. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including BBQ utensils for grilling on the outdoor BBQ. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table, or gather around the gas-burning fire pit on the balcony for cozy evenings under the stars. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the balcony and fire pit area. Another bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable full bed, ideal for additional guests or family. On the lower level, you’ll find a second full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and a large closet. A fourth room serves as a functional workspace with a desk, making it ideal for remote workers. It also includes a washer and dryer, providing added convenience for longer stays. Enjoy direct access to the garage on one side and to the fully fenced backyard from the office.
We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Additional pet fees plus tax will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. The fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets to play freely and safely, although the fence is weathered and there may be some small gaps that smaller dogs could get through. There is ample parking with a step driveway for 2 cars and an enclosed garage for 1 car.

Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. We offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 2. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
