The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park in the driveway and on the street; parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate of noise levels outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any violations of the house rules.
