GOOD NEWS!!!!! My preferred lender has obtained through a complex application process the Disillusion Document that was required to get a loan on this property dissolving the HOA. Call me for more information on this, This is a great property and ideal for those looking to downsize, invest, or to become first-time home buyers. The reason the contract or rather contracts have failed is because this property in its origin had an HOA governing board with an HOA fee. The CC&R's show that it still exists although fees are not being collected.
