The True Blue Club House is only a short walk away and the beach is less than five minutes away. Pawleys Island is a very private family-oriented beach on the South Carolina coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. The beaches are never crowded. There are no big box stores or high-rise hotels or condominium complexes. It is one of the oldest vacation communities in the U.S. Families have been coming here since the mid-1700s. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, a nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year-round climate. Activities include beach swimming, boating, off shore fishing, on shore fishing, championship golf, tennis, top golf, surf fishing, paddle boarding, museums, plantation tours, wildlife reserves, sculpture and botanical gardens, shopping, historic tours and culinary adventures. Plus, it is only an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach.
Guests receive a credit of $18 a day to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts and more. [SI]
