If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave immediately without a refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left.
