The large sun patio overlooks the front lawn and tree canopy, and there's a common area with a gas grill and outdoor dining. The kitchen boasts brand new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator with an ice maker. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided. A full-size washer and dryer are also included inside the apartment, along with a desk, Wi-Fi, and a small stereo CD player with a place for your iPod or MP3 player. A large flat-screen television is in the living room, and there's also a flatscreen TV in the bedroom.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. The condo is dog-friendly with a fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. If a dog is not registered, a charge of $120 per dog will be applied. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed, and additional fees may be charged for hair, stains, damage, or waste. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
