NEW HVAC in 2017 ( still under warranty), NEW ROOF in 2016, Gutters added in 2015, Septic recently pumped, and lots of other TLC has been put into this home. 3 bedrooms 2 full baths on main level ( 2nd story), 1 bedroom is a master.
