This unit is partially furnished with a sleep number bed in the Master Bedroom, and a large walk-in closet. A single bed, desk and office chair are in the second bedroom. There is a table and four chairs in the Dining Room and a sectional couch, recliner and two chairs in the Living Room. The Master bathroom has a shower stall and separate tub and a bidet Toto toilet seat and a linen closet. The guest bathroom is a shower/tub combo and a linen closet. This complex, with 115 units total, was built in 2007 and these out of country owners are the second owners and have barely used the unit since May of 2021 when they purchased it. These owners will not be coming back to Florida, so this is why their unit is for sale. There is on-site management and a key fob entry to the building. The complex has the community pool and spa on ground level. Other amenities of this complex include a basketball court, two pickleball courts, two tennis courts, and a putting green, on the fifth level on top of the parking garage. In the entry lobby on the first floor, there are the manager's office, a sitting area, a card room, a large club room for dining, with a television, and the complex kitchen. Also on the first floor are the business center with a computer and a printer, a board/conference room for meetings, a movie theater, a fitness center, both male and female locker rooms with showers, and two guest suites, which can be rented by any unit owner for family or guests for a maximum of seven nights at $85 per night. All of these amenities and all of your utilities, including pest control, security, grounds and exterior maintenance, building insurance, basic cable TV, trash, water, sewer, garbage, recycle, are included except FPL and Internet. Spectrum is television and internet provider. It will be difficult to find another complex with all these amenities. This unit is vacant, on Supra lockbox, and easy to show and to sell.
