The living and dining rooms cantilever over the lower garden. The home is heated via hot-water radiant polished concrete floors and radiant ceilings. The current owners gave restored many of the architectural elements of the house, including Breuer's original cabinetry, adding a Buderus boiler, new electric panel, and more.
