All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40 lbs combined) are allowed, with no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds permitted. Dogs only, with an additional pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. A rental usage agreement must be signed. Minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) require a background search and credit check.
