The guest bedroom includes two full beds, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Enjoy a bright living room with a smart TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable seating. The full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air fryer, blender, mixer, cookware, dishware, silverware, and spices. In-unit laundry is available for guest use. Resort amenities include a zero-entry heated pool, pirate-ship water slide, splash zone, seasonal heated pools, hot tubs, tiki umbrellas, hammocks, poolside bar, lounge chairs, children’s playground, large game room and arcade, full-service spa and salon, and a 24-hour fitness center.
A resort fee of $24/day is due at check-in to cover all amenities, including the heated pool, hot tub, pirate ship, Tiki bar, gym, arcade, spa, and parking. A pack 'n play and stroller are provided, along with sunscreen, ponchos, cereal, coffee, tea, coffee tumblers, and travel water bottles.
The resort is located in a family-friendly area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, shopping centers, and entertainment districts. On-site dining options include Pizza Hut Express, LBV Village Bar & Grill, and Frankie Farrell’s Pub. The resort offers shuttle service to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, but a car is recommended for visiting restaurants, outlet malls, and other Orlando attractions not on the shuttle route.
Guests must book at least 2 days in advance of check-in. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Pets are not allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund, and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee.
