Home is being sold AS IS!!!! This home has had a fire in the upstairs of the home. It looks to be a lot of smoke damage but you would need to assess that yourself or have a professional look at. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, full bath and a foyer area that is big enough for a small office. The downstairs was not damaged as much. There is a large kitchen/dining area with lots of cabinets. The living room is very nice sized with a door to the 2 car attached garage. The master bedroom is large with a nice walk in closet. The master bed and the bathroom were being remodeled at the time of the fire. When the home owners bought the home there was some subfloor damage on the entire downstairs area caused by water under the home. They installed Atmox sump pump system under the house that also has fans on it that has remedied the water problem. The subfloor in the master bedroom, closet and bath have been replaced as well as some sill plates and floor joist.
