This property is located in an area that is close enough to the beach without paying beach prices or the higher insurance rate that beach front property must pay. And, it's not in a flood zone (x zone) which means no flood zone requirements.

Bedrooms are large enough for two double beds or a king bed. All have windows and ceiling fans plus closets. The central bedroom was modified to have barn doors which can open and permit for more entertaining space.

The living room is comfortable and much larger with the barn doors open.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and a large farmer sink. The laundry room is spacious including the two full size washer and dryer which come with the house.

A wifi lock is installed on the entrance door. Wifi security lights on front and back plus a wifi thermostat.

The house comes fully furnished with kitchen implements, linens and everything you need. Just bring your clothing. It's currently a vacation rental.

Fully fenced yard so bring your pets. Fire pit and bbq in the back yard along with chairs. Horse shoe pit on the side yard. Beautiful trees provide shade in the afternoon from the South. The large pecan tree in the front yard is loaded with pecans in the late summer.

Driveway with space for four vehicles. White picket fence compliments the gate. A mature pecan tree fills part of the front yard. If you love pecans, pick them in the fall.

Back to that walk to the beach. About 500 yards, take one of two routes, the house is between two streets that go directly to the beach.
