A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The driveway is steep and suitable for experienced drivers. In addition to parking at the bottom of the driveway, there is a private parking section on the road level with steps leading directly to the front door.
Be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Charcoal for a charcoal grill is not provided. While checkout instructions are not mandatory, they are appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
